2006年、Sen(track maker)とCalu(vocal)によって結成。幽玄なストリングス、無機質なリズム、憂いを帯びた女性ヴォーカル、冷たくも優しげなピアノの音色、幾百のノイズ、それらすべての闇と光をやさしく霧で包んだような音像の彼方から現れるは圧倒的甘美な世界。

Matryoshka formed in 2006 by Sen(track maker) and Calu(vocal).Their subtle yet profound strings, unreal rhythms, melancholic female vocals,cool and alluring piano mix with a hundred noises to create their massive sound image that stands starkly in an enveloping soft mist.

ツインドラム+ツインベース+ツインギターという特異な6人編成バンド。延々繰り返えされるリフと重なり合うリズム、即興と構築を並列に置き、肉体の限界から精神の暴走までを体現するライブは「観る」「聴く」というよりは「体感する」もの。

About tess is a quite unique six pieces band, with twin drums, twin basses and twin guitars.Their sound mixes looped riffs with driving rhythms, paralleled by both written and improvised performances. Their live shows reflect physical limitations and mental rioting. They are not to be watched, not to be listened to, but to be felt.

2002年結成。現在は作詞／ボーカルのハチスノイトと作曲／編曲を手掛けるヨダにより構成される。

2001年にμ-ziq主宰のPlanet-μより、Joseph Nothing名義で1st「Dummy Variation」を発表。 イギリスのメジャー誌「NME」、「WIRE」等で絶賛を受ける。
その後ROMZなどからアルバムを発表しmumやCureのPerry Bamonteを含め国内外で話題が殺到。
実態がみえないミステリアスな活動を継続するなか一度音楽業界から失踪。
2009年、現代美術（作）家のタカノ綾、ドラマーの吉川弾との出会いを切っ掛けに音楽活動を再開し 2010年に廃墟病院での幽霊とのコラボレーションを含む5thアルバム「Shambhala Number Two and Three」を発表。
Joseph Nothing Orchestraでは、多くのハードウェアシンセアンサンブルと吉川弾の演奏する生ドラムとス ラップベースにJoseph Nothingの奏でるアシッドシンセと独特なボコーダーを乗せる手法で、 ロックでもテクノでもポップでもないが、そのどれでもある異次元な音世界を展開中。


Joseph Nothing released his first album"Dummy Variation" in 2001 from the u-ziq led Planet-μ Records, and it received high praises from major British press such as NME and WIRE. His subsequent albums were released from ROMZ and other Japanese labels, and his music became increasingly well known and acclaimed in Japan and abroad, including praise from Perry Bamonte of Cure and the band mum.

After a few years his mysterious obscure musical works,he disappeared from the music business.
In 2009,he met modern art creator Aya Takano and drummer Dan Yoshikawa, who helped inspire him to create music again.
In 2010 he released his 5th album "Shambhala Number Two and Three" which includes a collaboration with ghosts at a hospital ruins.

Joseph Nothing Orchestra is an ensemble of hardware synthesizer, Dan Yoshikawa's live drums, slapping bass and Joseph's uniquely flavored vocoder and acid synthesizer sounds. Their sound is not just Rock or Techno, or Pop music.Their sound incorporates all those sounds, and enters a different dimension of music world.

学生時代、プログレッシヴ・ロックに影響を受け作曲を始める。 2004年にkashiwa daisukeとしてソロ活動を開始し、2006年にドイツのレーベルonpaより1stアルバム『april.#02』をリリース。 翌年8月、nobleレーベルより2ndアルバム『program music I』を発表。 2008年9月には、大型野外フェスティバルSense of Wonderに出演。 2009年2月、3rdアルバム『5 Dec.』をnobleよりリリース。 同年6月にはヨーロッパ3ヶ国8都市を廻るツアーを敢行し、世界三大クラブと呼ばれるベルリンのクラブ、BerghainではCLUSTERと共演し、旧ソ連軍の秘密基地跡で毎年開催されるドイツ最大級のフェスティバルFusion Festival 2009にも出演。 2010年4月、マカオ、香港を巡るアジアツアーを行う。 自身の創作活動の他、様々なメディアへの楽曲提供、作家、リミキサー、マスタリングエンジニアとしても活動している。

Influenced by progressive rock, kashiwa daisuke started composing music as a student. 2004, the artist started his solo activities as kashiwa daisuke and toured Germany in 2005. 2006 saw the release of his first album, “april.#02” by Germany’s onpa label, followed by his remix album, “april.#07” in 2007 with guest remixers such as olive oil, and Takeshi Nishimoto (I’m not a Gun). In August of that year, kashiwa released his second album “program music I” from noble labels. September 2008, kashiwa performed at the outdoor festival, Sense of Wonder. The sounds of kashiwa daisuke were introduced in RADIO SAKAMOTO, a radio program by Ryuichi Sakamoto as well as in the sunaokuwahara “2006 Autumn/ Winter Collection”, and his music continues to gather news in a range of other areas including TV programs and commercials. In addition to his own musical activities, the artist provides music to a variety of media and also works as an author, remixer, and mastering engineer. His new album, “5 Dec.” is scheduled for release in February 2009.

アニメ・ゲーム等の現代を彩る文化を素材に分解、再構築し
新たなエレクトロニック・ミュージックの可能性に迫る。
楽曲の持つ美しさとある種のPOPさには定評があり、
オンライン上にはすでに多くのファンがついている。
今回初となる待望のCDアルバムをVirgin Babylon Recordsより今秋リリース！
より自らのオリジナルな世界を新たに追求した意欲作となっている。

2002年3月にデビューアルバム"Tomorrow Never Comes"をイギリスの名門レーベルFatCat Recordsよりリリース。
その強烈なサウンドは"Like My Bloody Valentine Meets Early Jesus ＆ Mary Chain Meets Merzbow or Suicide"と評され、 またアンドリュー・ウェザオールからも"THE XINLI INCIDENT"、初期のクランプス以来のベスト・ロックミュージックと絶賛される。
同年、Murder License EPをリリース。2005年にオフィシャルサイト上で無料のMP3アルバムNeinfuturerをリリース。
その後、数年間は表立った活動は行われず昨年2010年に5年ぶりとなる新曲Seaside Voice Guitarをオフィシャルサイト上で発表。 ネクストレベルの驚愕の音像を聴かせた。

Xinlisupreme released their debut album "Tomorrow Never Comes" in March 2002 from the distinguished UK label Fat Cat Records. Their tremendous sound consists of massive guitar feedback and primitive electronic sounds. Some have compared them to My Bloody Valentine, Suicide, and Jesus & Mary Chain.English DJ/producer/musician Andrew Weatherall mentioned Xinlisupreme in his short story called "THE XINLIINCIDENT". He also highly praised them , "comparing their impact on the current IDM-based scene to that of punk's assault on prog rock". In October 2002, they released "Murder License EP" , then a free MP3 download album called "Neinfuturer" from their official website in 2005.After that they took a break from conspicuous music activity until 2010.The amazing next-level new track called "Seaside Voice Guitar" is available to hear for free on their official website.
